Local browser storage
The daily challenge, self-check score, display preference and newsletter demo entry may be stored in your browser using localStorage. This information is not transmitted by the static site.
Server logs
Your web host may collect standard logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and operations.
External services
External links, the WordPress blog, analytics, embedded media or future email services may have separate privacy policies. Phase 1 does not include third-party tracking scripts.
Health information
Do not submit private medical records or sensitive health information through the contact form.
Future updates
Before adding accounts, personalization, wearable data or AI features, this policy should be expanded with consent, retention, deletion, security and data-sharing details.
